Happy Lovers Week!!! I hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day and I know a lot of people are still celebrating this weekend! I love Valentine's Day, but more importantly love should be celebrated daily. Love is an action word. One of my favorite scriptures on Love is 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8. Love is Patient. Love is Kind. It does not envy. It does not boast. It is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered. It keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always Protects, always Trusts, always Hopes, always Perseveres. Love Never Fails.

For this week's look, I'm wearing a beautiful slip dress purchased at Zara. The color and silk material are absolutely gorgeous. This dress sold out and I was so happy when it restocked! A slip dress is feminine and versatile, it can be worn year-round. For the warmer months, leaving your arms bare and pairing a neck scarf and for cooler months by adding layers. For styling, I paired a black turtleneck and layered a black faux leather moto jacket. Here are a few options for styling a slip dress: 1. slip dress, blazer, and heels 2. slip dress, pattern turtleneck, long coat, and OTK boots 3. add an over-sized sweater over the slip dress and pair with sneakers. Every fashionista should invest in a slip dress and a moto jacket. A moto jacket adds edge to any look. For shoes, I'm wearing snake print booties. For accessories, I paired silver and bronze necklace and earrings set, red clutch (it's really a cosmetic bag but I'm wearing it as a clutch lol), and over-sized sunglasses. To add contrast, I paired snake print boots, bronze and silver tones with my jewelry, and a pop of color with my clutch. This look is edgy and chic!!!
